And that is exactly why it feels special. Green Egg Cafe is a destination cafe — a place you visit on purpose.

Although the cafe sits along a main road, the surrounding area is quiet and sparsely populated. This is not a spot for casual foot traffic. Most visitors arrive by car, often from nearby villas about ten minutes away.

Regulars do not come here for convenience. They come for the calm atmosphere, thoughtful food, and meaningful conversations.

Seasonal by Nature: Closed in Winter

Due to its high altitude and heavy snowfall, Green Egg Cafe operates seasonally. It closes during winter and usually reopens around March, once the snow has melted.

My visit happened to be on the final day of the season. Snow had just begun to fall outside, quietly signaling the arrival of winter.
